My stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba was a mixed bag. I loved the stunning views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge from my room, and the access to public transport was super convenient. However, the hotel felt a bit dated, and there were some cleaning issues. Overall, it’s good for a comfortable stay but with a few areas that definitely need improvement.

Rooms

I was in a King Guest Room which had a huge bathroom and was overall comfortable, although it felt slightly dusty and dated. My allergies were affected by residual smoke in the room, which was a bummer.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and kind, but I found them a bit difficult to communicate with. They were somewhat inflexible during check-in, which led to a frustrating start to my stay.
Location
8.0
The location is pretty solid, right next to the Daiba yurikamome station, making it easy to hop on a train to central Tokyo. There are some malls nearby, but if you’re not hanging out in Odaiba, you might find it out of the way.
Dining
7.0
I had the breakfast buffet, which had a decent variety of options, though some parts felt a bit chaotic. Overall, it was good but not stellar in taste or service.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has a nice range of facilities, like room service and a paid shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately, I missed out on the baths since they were under maintenance during my visit.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba. The views of Tokyo Bay from my room were gorgeous, especially at night with the Rainbow Bridge lit up. While the breakfast and overall service were commendable, I did find some aspects a bit overpriced, like spa access and dining options. Overall, it's a great hotel but with a few tweaks it could be really good. 🌇✨

My King Premium Deluxe room was spacious with fantastic views and well-furnished, featuring two bathrooms and a comfy bed. However, I noticed a lack of modern tech features like USB ports.
Service

The staff was friendly and attentive, though I encountered a minor hiccup with my request for a table at the executive lounge, which was quite crowded.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping malls and with easy access to the Yurikamome line, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options, although I felt some dining experiences, like the dinner buffet, were not worth the price.
Facilities
7.0
The study features were nice with a fitness center and pool on-site, but being charged for spa use felt a bit excessive considering the cost of the room.

My stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba was nice, thanks to the stunning views of the Rainbow Bridge and the spacious rooms. However, I did experience some service hiccups, especially at check-in. Overall, the hotel is in a great location for exploring Tokyo, but improvements in service and amenities would elevate the experience further.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the Tokyo Bay. However, the sound insulation could use some improvement.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally polite and helpful, but some had limited English proficiency. I found the check-in process frustrating due to long lines and confusion over my room reservation.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located near shopping malls and transport links, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. It's a tourist hotspot with great views.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast options were diverse, offering both Western and Japanese selections. However, the breakfast area became quite chaotic, and coffee machines were often out of order.
Facilities

The spa facilities were decent but required an additional fee, which I felt should be included for guests. The pool area had beautiful views, but the overall experience was not as luxurious as expected.

Overall, my stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic with amazing views, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. However, the service fell short at times, especially during check-in and with some hidden fees that caught me off guard, which negatively impacted my experience.

Rooms
6.0
I found the room spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a little balcony to enjoy the view. However, the decor felt dated, and I noticed a few maintenance issues that could use some attention.
Service
5.0
While the staff was friendly, I encountered several hiccups during my stay, particularly with check-in and communication. It felt like there was a lack of organizational flow, especially with long wait times that could have been handled better.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near public transport, making it super easy to explore Odaiba and even travel into downtown Tokyo. Plus, I loved the proximity to shopping centers like Aqua City and Diver City, all within walking distance.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the variety offered at the breakfast buffet, but I found it chaotic and crowded at peak times. The dining options were decent, but I felt they could improve the overall experience and service during busy hours.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel boasts a range of facilities, but I was disappointed to find that some amenities, like the pool, came with extra charges. It's something that should be included, especially given the price point.

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, with a great location and stunning room views. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast options and the dated feel of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added a positive touch to my experience.

Rooms

I stayed in an executive room on a higher floor with a fantastic view of the Rainbow Bridge. Although the room felt a bit dated, I appreciated the waterfall shower and the setup which separated the wet space from the rest of the bathroom.
Service
8.0
The staff were generally friendly and kind, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, there were moments when communication was a bit challenging due to language barriers.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent, right next to the Daiba subway station and within walking distance to various attractions and eateries in Odaiba. It was convenient for exploring the area.
Dining

I enjoyed the breakfast selection in the executive lounge, especially the natto and poached eggs. However, I found the breakfast options in the main hall to be quite limited compared to other Hilton properties I’ve visited.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers several facilities, but I was disappointed to find that there were charges for basic amenities like Wi-Fi and access to the swimming pool. This felt a bit off for a hotel of this caliber.
